Your order is not considered fully accepted until we process and confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity;
• Unusual or excessive order quantities;
• Shipping or payment issues; or
• Other circumstances that require us to decline the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount charged for the canceled order.

5. Pricing and Pricing Errors

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, we reserve the right to correct the price and cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been processed for an order affected by a pricing error, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are subject to authorization by the applicable payment provider.

7. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including unusually high order volume, supplier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Shipping

TIME4T currently ships orders within the United States only.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TIME4T is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier.

If a shipping issue occurs, we may assist you in contacting or filing a claim with the applicable carrier.

9. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests should be submitted through our contact form or by emailing info@time4t.shop.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled.

If an order has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Returns

All sales are final. TIME4T does not accept standard product returns.

Because our products include consumable food items, we do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and, at our discretion, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

11. Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the customer's shipping location and applicable tax requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available through the TIME4T website and store, including but not limited to:

• TIME4T trademarks and branding;
• Logos;
• Product photography;
• Product designs;
• Graphics;
• Text;
• Website content;
• Videos;
• Illustrations; and

is owned by or licensed to Johnny Blanco LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. User-Generated Content
